These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tower Rush (the “Game”), provided by Galaxsys as the software provider and operated through licensed online gaming platforms (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Operator”).

No guaranteed frequency or outcome. 2.5 You may cash out at any time after the first successful floor. Once cashed out, the round ends for that bet. 2.6 We are not liable for connection issues, device malfunctions, or misclicks during gameplay. Bets placed are final.
3. Bets, Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 We may suspend or close your account for breach of Terms, suspected fraud, responsible gaming concerns, or legal reasons. 8.2 Upon closure, remaining balance (after deductions) will be paid out (subject to verification). 8.3 Self-exclusion requests are honored and irreversible during the period.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
